Carrot and Ginger soup.....

Cut up:
about 5 or 6 small carrots or about 3 of those monsters
Garlic- one clove
Onion- medium
Ginger- a small fat finger

Fry the onion and garlic in butter in veg oil or butter
Fry the carrots and ginger....

Mix together and fry well....
Add vegetable stock- half litre

Cook about 15-20mins....
Blend if you wish...
Add a little creme fresh for a creamy touch...

Salt, pepper and drops of lemon juice to flavour.

YUMMY!
